Today I will be taking you with me to Qadsiya Coop! Lets go check out this place now, shall we? 😉

As you walk in the coop you take your cart and roam around! I started with the right side! I spotted Clipper Tea section at the store

 

I was there early in the morning, so I managed to grab few fresh French bread rolls from the General Mills guys! Not bad at all 😉 I tried two kinds; the white roll and the multi grains

 

Moving on… I spotted some home made goodies; Gers Ogaili and Darabeel

Have you ever seen Kitco Nice chips in cans?

Lays… Yogurt and Herbs! NOT BAD at all 😉 Give it a try!!

Moving on to the fridges of the coops! Here is AlMarai LactoFree milk (Me Likey)

There is something about Coca Cola Zero that I like!!!

 

Oh and I like Schwepps Ginger Ale <3

 

This is Zaki – a pomegranate syrup we but and mix with 7up 😉 Something we learned from our friend Maya 😉

Some frozen items from Sadia… Chicken Franks (or hotdogs) and Chicken Meatballs! For some reason, the labels are not encouraging! I am not tempted to try either! I just dunno how to explain it 😛

 

Khazan Sliders – My nephews liked’em… Me? Well, I prefer regular size burgers 😉

Cumin Seeds! I love those! Not necessarily this brand, but cumin seeds in general 😉 I add them as a topping to my salad and food <3

Lipton Chai Latte – I like those 😉 Every once in a while!

Now to chocolates! After Eight… STICKS 😉 Got those for my sister Mimmi! She loves choco-mint combos 😉

Many flavors for KitKat – I prefer the originals! Love the foil wrapped KitKats

Ritter Sport Chocos! I came to know about those from my brother in law and my friend Shushu!

Popular Popcorn Stand… they were reasonably priced 😉

They have many items brought all the way from London… check out Macintosh’s BIG Purple One and Green Traingle One

Now to the basement…

 

Right in the middle they have a tent-like area for items with special offers

 

Fair & Lovely for ladies….. okay, I see TVCs for this one A LOT

 

But never knew they have a line for MEN! They should call it Fair & Handsome instead 😛

Different styles teapots! I can HARDLY find one I like :S

Overall… I dont like how they arranged the items… specially in the basement! Examples? Here are electronics that are all over the place! The hair flattening irons are placed right next to clothes irons… and kettles!!! AND juice makers…. and hair dryers!! The items are poorly organized here!

Not to mention that the display of items is not attracting.inviting!

 

I also hated where they placed the praying rugs!!!

 

All in all… the coop itself is not bad with all the services provided and stores within! But it needs more organizing and redecorating!

Qadsiya Coop is a two story grocery store with a basement surrounded with extra shops outside in its plaza! The shops include a travel agency, shawerma place, Mango Tal’at (مانجو طلعت) juice parlor, seafood grill, vegetable/fruit market, ladies salon, portrait studio, copy center, few fast food restaurants (Naif, Burger King, Herfy), AlRaha organic food restaurant, AlMohaisen Bakery, pharmacy, National Bank of Kuwait, Mobile Accessories, and more…

 

The coop building itself has the main grocery store with AlMuzaini Money Exchange, Tmreya, Baskin Robbins, Diet Center, and Mr. Baker. They also have perfumery.

 

They also are handicapped friendly 😉 Just look for the security guard to open up the handicapped reserved spots – should you need it 😉
