I did my research and apparently its done by Olay Arabia (link) Total Effects about 7 Empowering Women with 7 Inspiring Stories

Its called The Power 7 campaign, which aims to celebrate 7 women and their accomplishments while spreading the message that women today can achieve any goal they desire.
