لما رحت دبي فستيفال سيتي في دبي قررت إني أروح مطعم الفنر… المهم على يوم طافني الريوق فقررت أروح المطعم و أكل لي وجبة برنش – ما بين فترة الريوق و الغدا – 

While touring Dubai Festival City, I decided to pass by AlFanar Restaurant during my stay in Dubai, for that it was inviting, and the atmosphere was unique and different than all the restaurants that I have been to in Dubai. I was hungry one morning, and since it was still somewhat early for lunch I decided to pass by for a brunch

المكان خيالي…  ليش؟؟؟ لأننا متعودين نشوف أنواع و أشكال من المطاعم العالمية في دبي بس مطعم الفنر غير! مطعم يقدم مأكولات إماراتية أصيلة في أجواء قديمة من البادية

The place is designed in a way to reflect the exotic culture of the United Arab Emirates. The food served? Authentic Emirates cuisine!

القعدة  برة مصممة على جلسات مختلفة منها القعدة الأرضية إللي يسمونها المجلس – طاولات و كراسي – عريش…. على مزاجكم 

The outdoor area of the restaurant is designed into different seating styles, which include on the floor setting (Majlis), table setting, and gazebo-like private huts setting covered with dried palm tree fronds

و مثل ما أنتم شايفين… المكان شكله متحف لحياة البادية في دبي بالستينيات… صور من الماضي لاشخاص بحياتهم اليومية… أطفال و ألعاب و بوم و سيارة و و و …. 

As you can see, the outdoor area is made with mannequins and animals (not real animals), cars, artifacts, boats…. well just like a museum display of 1960s Bedouin village surrounding the outdoor seating area

الصراحة الواحد ينسى الجوع… أنا نسيت عمري وأنا أصور! كنت أبي أنقل لكم الجو

I kinda got carried away taking all those pictures, forgetting I was hungry…

يعني أنا رايحة بوقت ضايع نوعا ما… بس مع الأجواء حسيت إن المكان حي 

Even though I went on somewhat a dead hour, the place was looking full with all those mannequins
