Now this workout doesn’t require any equipment and it’s great to do if you don’t have time but still want to show on the beach! Try to do it 3 to 5 times a week:
- In & Out Squat Jumps (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Push-ups with Inside Twist (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Jump Lung (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Mountain Climber (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Tricep Extension Push-ups (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Air Bike (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Fron Back Side-to-Side Jumps (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Half Burpee Jacks (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- Plank (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
- 5 Minutes Cool Down (in place jog)
