Lulu my bestie, knowing how much I LOVE cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches (the buttered on both sides and grilled kinda sandwich), took me last October while we were in London to try the Kappacasein Grilled Cheese Sandwich (and Raclette) at Borough Market
في زيارتي الأخيرة لـ لندن صديقتي لولو قالت لي لازم أجرب ساندويش الجبن المشوي مع الراكليت في بورو ماركت… لأنها تدري بعشقي لهذه الشطيرة اللذيذة و حبي لجبنة الراكليت
There was a very long line… but I didn’t mind at all since we were there at the market specifically for it, not to mention my feeling looking at the melting cheese and the aroma with it. Sara (Lulu’s sis, and a great foodie) stood in line for the raclette, while Lulu and I waited impatiently for the sandwiches… with a hot cup of coffee in beautiful London October weather
الطابور كان طويل جدا بس بما أن الخطة كانت إن ناخذها على أساس وجبة الريوق وقفنا بالطابور… أنا و لولو بطابور الساندويش و سارة إخت لولو بطابور الراكليت! منظر الجبن السايح و ريحة الشوي عالجبن و الزبدة كانت قاتلة! أخذت لي كوب قهوة و وقفنا بالطابور

Buttered bread with cheese and spring onions/Onions… and whats not!!! Grilled to perfection
خبزة مدهونة بالزبدة مع الجبن و البصل الأخضر و البصل… مشوية لذيذة جدا
It was so good… very hearty and yummy! I’d go for it again and wait in line again and again! Totally worth the wait!!!
باختصار تسوى النطرة و الطابور و تسوى العنوة! يعني أتوقع بمرهم بكل زيارة لي لـ لندن
Oh I am not done yet XD The raclette is here! Those guys know what they’re doing! They’ve been in the cheese making business for almost 10 years, using a special copper vat brought all the way from France and they make their cheese from Common Work Organic Farm in Kent!
