I was there with one of my favorite dining buddies… Lulu <3 We were booked to see Aladdin which was playing at Prince Edward Theatre in Soho, so Lulu suggested we go to Cecconi’s and have late lunch before we head there

كنت حاجزة مع صديقتي لولو لعرض مسرحية علاء الدين بمسرح برينس إدوارد بمنطقة سوهو في لندن و لولو اقترحت نتغدى غدا متأخر بهذا المطعم

Starting of with one of our favorite appetizers… Calamari Fritti. It came with a lemon wedge and lemon aioli sauce. Delicious! So light and not oily

بدينا بطبق محبب لنا احنا الثنتين… كالاماري (حبار) مقلي مع صلصة الأيولي بالليمون. مع عصرة ليمون يصير ألذ. مع إنه مقلي كان خفيف و لا فيه دهن زايد

We both ordered the “elephant ear” Veal Milanese with lemon salt and few side dishes; mixed green salad which was fresh and crisp, roast potatoes which complimented the veal pretty well, and spaghetti marinara – I honestly didn’t try this one

طبقنا الرئيسي كان ميلانيس لحم العجل مع بعض الأطباق الجانبية: سلطة خضراء و كانت لذيذة و بمكونات طازجة و بطاط مشوي بالفرن و كان لذيذ و حبيته كطبق جانبي مع الطبق الرئيسي و سباغيتي بصلصة المارينارا – بصراحة ما جربته

As you can see from the picture, the Veal Milanese size was generous… one of the best I’ve ever had! I just thought the presentation was meh! It was garnished with lemon salt and nothing else. Nevertheless, it was so good

من الصورة… الحجم كان كبير جدا و الطعم من ألذ ميلانيز لحم عجل جربته بس طريقة التقديم كانت أقل من عادية… بس مزينين اللحم برشة من ملح الليمون
