Last month I spotted a mini fancy convenient store called Baqala opening soon in Sanabil AlBabtain Tower in Kuwait City (link), a couple of weeks back I passed by and the Baqala was open. It is their their third location (there are other branches, one in Salmiya, and the other in Beitak Tower in the City)
