I was invited to attend Zain Telecom to attend a show they have prepared to celebrate the Kuwait National & Liberation Days at 360Mall yesteray

قامت شركة زين للإتصالات بدعوتي أنا و آخرون لحضور فعاليات إحتفالات الكويت بيومي  العيد الوطني و عيد التحرير في ٣٦٠ مول. 

The event itself was open to public, but Zain had reserved half of Posh Cafe for its guests as a meeting point and food/refreshment service during the celebration.

الاحتفالية كانت عامة و لم يتم الإعلان عنها و بالإمكان القول أنها كانت شبه مفاجأة… الكل كان مرحب به للحضور حيث أصبح حديث الشبكات  الاجتماعية و الصور المحملة مليئة بالصور عن هذا الحدث و بدء الحضور بالتزايد أكثر و أكثر مع مرور الوقت و لهذا حجزت لنا شركة زين مكان مخصص في بوش كافيه 

It was really well organized! The theater was set in the middle hall in the shape of an old TV set with lights and cameras all over to capture those special moments. The show was basically different sketches of Kuwait from the 1960s to present date. Loved the fact that they paid extra attention to details! The first couple of sketches included performers in black and white! YES! As you can see from the pictures, they were dressed in B&W with special makeup to make them look as if they walked out from B&W TV Set! Creative

العروض كانت أكثر من رائعة حيث تم إعداد اسكتشات و مقاطع تمثيلية و موسيقية تمثل حقبات مختلفة من الزمان بدأت في الستينيات منتهية إلى وقتنا الحالي

Event the flag… as you can see! What were the sketches about? Special moment capturing golden memories, Kuwait Football Team, hit m singles of each era, sketches and medleys of  famous and classical operettas, and even refreshments which included chocolates and ice cream… in accordance with each decade!

المسرح تم وضعه في المساحة الرئيسية من المجمع التجاري و كان شكله يشبه تلفزيون قديم. طاقم العمل جهز معدات الصوت و الإضاءة و كانت الكاميرات تملأ المكان. الفقرات الأولى ضمت ممثلين بعد شكلهم و كأنهم خرجوا من برنامج بالأبيض و الأسود. لبسهم كان بالأسود و الأبيض و تم إستخدام مكياج خاص ليبدو بهذا الشكل!

The parts that moved me emotionally the most, and I almost cried was the one about the Iraqi invasion to Kuwait. Started of with the cast and crowd all performing the national anthem, followed by different sketches related to the sad events

Copying Miami Band, oh and by the way… Zain have invited key actors and figures to the event where performers presented them in one way or another like Ibrahim AlSallal, Jassim Yacoub, and Miami Band

Loads of crowds… happy crowd

Cannot wait for the production company to finish it up and have Zain post it on their social networks

فقرات متنوعة و عديدة شملت لحظات ذهبية و ذكريات لا تنسى في تاريخ الكويت على شكل مقاطع مسرحية ممتعة من باي باي لندن و أوبريت مداعبة ما قبل الزواج و اغنية صبوحة و المزيد! من أبطال كرة القدم إلى نجوم الكويت من مطربين و ممثلين و لحظات لا تنسى من التاريخ شملت الغزو العراقي الغاشم على دولة الكويت. حضور بعض النجوم إلى هذا الحدث أضاف نكهة خاصة فقد التقيت بالفنان إبراهيم الصلال و المرعب جاسم يعقوب و فرقة ميامي….
