What are they exactly? It is a temporary eye appliques that fits all eye shapes, smudge proof, and lasts for up to 16 hours! It comes in seven different glittery shades. Each packet includes eight sets appliques. Here is a tutorial video for you (you need scissors, water, cotton tip, and mirror)
